Our Products

Our products are of premium quality and we aim to advertise our products as accurately as possible.You can find all the details individually per product in terms of measurements, material and fabric/work detail. Please note, we cannot take responsibility for colour perception as colour may slightly differ from actuality due to individual monitor and brightness settings.


Our apparel products are hand made and therefore all measurements are approximations of up to 3-3.5cms. A lot of our garments are hand embroidered and therefore perilous in their use. Stones, beads, snap buttons or sequins being displaced cannot be deemed as a defect in the garment received as this is caused by the nature of the work.

Any request for returns/exchange or grievances are to be informed within 7 days of receiving the order. Post this duration, we will not process any of the above requests.


We do not accept order returns for international orders (outside of UAE) and do not offer returns or refund during sale.

For customers within UAE- Orders customized based on design, color, or measurement upon request cannot be returned. A return will be accepted provided that the item(s) returned are unused and in original condition void of any damage and in its original packaging.

Hijabs and hijab accessories cannot be exchanged or refunded. 

Please note, Nukhbaa does not reimburse shipping costs.

Failure to send back in original packaging and mishandling of our product could mean deduction in fee of the refund. Any defect which includes marks, stains, damage or distinct smells on the items which suggest they have been worn, will mean that a return is not accepted. Once we have received your item(s), please allow up to 10 working days for us to process and issue your refund. The shipping charge for the order will not be refunded. After your product refund is issued, it may take a further 2-5 working days for your refund to be credited back and to appear in your account.

Sale/Discounted products are strictly none-refundable/none exchangeable.

 Note: Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment

Exchange (Applicable only within UAE)

If you'd like to exchange an item simply follow the same process and email us at webdesk@nukhbaa.com within three days of receiving the item with your order number and item and size you wish to exchange to. An exchange will be accepted provided that the original item is returned in its perfect and original condition.

We deliver our Products Worldwide. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier (Aramex, DHL etc). Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

Free Shipping within UAE

We offer free shipping within UAE , If you wish to return an order where Free Shipping has been applied this offer is then void and therefore shipping charges are deducted from the final refund amount.

Custom sized Abayas

Custom sized Abayas are abayas that are made only after the order has been made in the specific size the customer has ordered. This means these abayas have a strict non refund policy and cannot be exchanged. To avoid any discrepancy or uncertainty, we emphasise the importance of referring to our size guides or speaking to one of our team members over email or whatsapp for advice on what size to order in case you are undecided.

For customized items, please allow 10-14 days for your order to be delivered.


Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of making an order provided that your order has not already been dispatched within this time. Any later, a cancellation will not be accepted as the order may be under the process of dispatch or be dispatched already.
